About 90% of all study programes are being taught by professors, senior lecturers and lecturers who work at the Higher School full time. Other experts, professors and practitioners are involved in the teaching process on the regular basis. That is very important feature as HR management as well as social work study process needs to be in close relations between theory and practice.
Faculty members are involved in continuos education and post-graduate studies, basically in post-graduate studies in Latvian University, Tallinn Pedagogical University and other European universities. Professors from other countries - USA, Germany, Finland, Norway, Netherlands and other countries are frequently teaching HR management and social work at Higher School as visiting professors.
